The founding partnership has a collective 50+ year history of successfully owning, operating and transacting on hundreds of properties valued in the billions of dollars, and counting.
We have purposefully built the team to be able to handle in-house the acquisition, financing, development, construction, leasing, and asset management expertise necessary for the aggregation and institutionalization of our portfolio of SBI.
As we both develop as well as acquire existing properties, we are uniquely experienced in navigating zoning, governmental, environmental, engineering, political and logistical variables.
